One of the things I love most about being a copywriter is learning about new industries, and boy did I learn a lot editing CM.com’s 2020 annual report. CM.com creates cloud software for conversational commerce. In other words - they create the software that lets us interact with businesses through messaging and chat apps like Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Talk, and WeChat. This was a big job with a quick deadline, but the subject was fascinating.
